Taylor Winkleman

Taylor Winkleman is a health security consultant with the World Health Organization and serves on the UN BioRisk Working Group while serving as a professor at Georgetown. Taylor’s contributions to the Foundation include her presentations for March Storm, sharing lessons from her time working space policy as Capital Hill staff. With extensive experience in international policy, infectious diseases, and emerging technologies, she brings a global health perspective to the foundation.
