Aya Ahmad is a student at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service majoring in Physics with a minor in Science, Technology and International Affairs. She serves as the deputy policy lead at the Georgetown University Space Initiative, a chapter of Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS), where she advocates for sustainable and democratized access to space.
