Volunteer Opportunities

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic volunteer Event Manager to spearhead our Yuri's Night celebration in April 2026. This role is perfect for someone passionate about space, science, and creating memorable experiences, as you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of this exciting event. From venue selection and vendor management to marketing and volunteer recruitment, you will be the driving force behind a successful and engaging Yuri's Night that brings our community together to celebrate space exploration and innovation.

We need a seasoned marketing professional who can help us improve our Hubspot configuration, manage our email lists, and support our email newsletters. Hubspot experience required. At least 5 years of marketing experience required.

Represent the SFF with the climate consortium. Manage our relationship with the external team. Pull out key insights and communicate them to the greater SFF team.

Help keep up our Wix website with content development, editing, image curation, and site administration. Wix experience required.

Help us juggle our various project, keep to our deadlines, and provide meeting support. We could use a dedicated project manager who knows Monday.com well enough to get around.
